This employee may be able to work remotely, depending on the rest of their department. As many employees as possible should be sent home to perform any tasks that are possible remotely, while a reduced number of staff remain on-location to perform remaining duties.
This employee may be able to work remotely part-time, depending on the flexibility of their schedule. The employee should spend as much time as possible working remotely, and only come on-location to perform essential tasks that are not otherwise possible.
