Instructions

This tool is broken into two steps, which will allow you to determine how and when each individual employee should be offered remote or flexible work options. Begin with the Remote Options Tool, which will enable you to determine the viability of remote work options for each individual employee by assigning them one of four classifications. You can then use the Contingency Tool to identify which options to offer each individual employee, depending on their capacity for remote work.
